Gem Redford is a conceptual documentary photographer exploring presence through absence in places shaped by memory, history and identity. Her work often focuses on American roadside landscapes, desert towns, architecture, and British seaside environments.

Her work traces what lingers in quiet places, where light, distance, and the architecture of everyday life reveal the stories people leave behind.
